About Me

Hello! My name is Ange Bendixsen. This is my 6^th year teaching in the Canyons School District. Before that, I taught in Alpine school district for two years in their special education preschools. I've also worked as an early interventionist for a hospital in Washington State and as a social skills instructor for elementary aged students at risk for social and emotional disorders. During my time with Canyons, I also taught the autism preschool class . I have my undergraduate degree from Eastern Washington University in Early Childhood Special Education and a Masters from Brigham Young University in Special Education. My husband and I live in Draper Utah. We have a beautiful little girl and love to take her camping, hiking and exploring in the great outdoors. We also have a baby boy on the way! Utah is a beautiful place to live and although my husband and I are both natives to Washington State we are happy to be living here.
